Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We will happily exchange your unsatisfactory blend with a fresh blend of 4 or 8 oz herbs of your choosing. We ask that You can send us a photo of the faulty product via email and we will send you a reply to notify you that we have received your unsatisfactory item.
Once your purchased item is inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection or exchange.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied upon checkout within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are moldy, defective, untampered or you are completely dissatisfied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at abetterlivity@gmail.com and simply dispose of your old item.
