Store Return Policy 

If our any tea-related products arrive damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away. All damaged items can be returned  and we will be happy to send a free replacement! If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team. 

 

Undeliverable Items

We make every effort to contact our customers if they have provided us with an incorrect address. If you realized that you made a mistake on your address, please send your name, corrected address, order number and date of purchase to betterlivitea@gmail.com. If we reach out to you and do not hear back within 3 days or 72 hours we will refund your order minus a $4.50 adjustment fee.  

If your order has shipped and we are unable to deliver your package to you due to an incomplete or invalid address you will be charged the full price of your product without a refund.
